One CRM every AI Force product runs on
It would have been faster, in the short term, to let each AI Force product own its own copy of a lead or a case — ship quicker, iterate independently, worry about consistency later. It's also how you end up with three slightly different answers to "who is this customer" a year in.
AI Force CRM exists so that doesn't happen. Leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and cases live in one org-scoped model, and AI Sales, AI Marketing, and AI Customer Service all read and write against that same model rather than syncing their own separate copies from it.
The payoff isn't just tidier data. It means a case an AI Customer Service agent closes shows up as the same case a sales rep sees in AI Sales, and a new product line launched in a marketing campaign is the same account record everywhere else it's referenced — because there was only ever one record to begin with.
