Scoring you can actually explain
A lead score is only useful to a sales manager if they can defend it — to a rep who disagrees, or to themselves when they're deciding where to spend an hour. A score with no visible reasoning behind it asks for trust it hasn't earned yet.
AI Force CRM's lead scoring and opportunity win-probability are built from clear, inspectable factors — whether a company and email are on file, where a deal sits in the pipeline, how close it is to a close date — computed directly from the record as it changes, not a model whose reasoning nobody on the team can see.
That's a deliberate trade-off: it won't find a pattern a trained model might surface on its own. What it gives back is a score any manager can open up and explain in one sentence — and, we think, that's usually the more useful property for a number a team is actually going to act on.
